Anti-Human CD22 (Polyclonal Antibodies)

Antigen-Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibody

Preparation:

Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant h-CD22. Anti-h-CD22 specific antibody was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography followed by affinity chromatography employing immobilized h-CD22 matrix.

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in 0.5X PBS at pH 7.2.

Stability:

The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for a year when kept at -800C.

Reconstitution:

When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 40C.

Western Blot:

To detect h-CD22 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant h-CD22 is 0.03 ng/lane.
