Purification:

This IgG1 antibody was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution in 0.5X phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) at pH 7.2.

Catalog #:

SBH-AMIP3b.

Source:

Mouse

Stability:

The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -800C.

Reconstitution:

When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.

Applications

ELISA:

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2-3 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant human MIP-3-beta when used with PeproTech (Rocky Hill, NJ) biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MIP-3-beta as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.5 µg/ml.
