Monoclonal antibodies were produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a
mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified,
E. coli-derived, recombinant human MIP-3 beta.

This IgG1 antibody was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

ELISA: |
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2-3 µg/ml of this antibody
will detect at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant human MIP-3-beta when used with PeproTech
(Rocky Hill, NJ) biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MIP-3-beta as the detection
antibody at a concentration of at least 0.5 µg/ml.
