mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified,

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2-4 µg/ml of this antibody
will detect at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant human NAP-2 when used with appropriate
