Sanguine BioSciences & SBH Sciences Announce Collaboration on PBMC-Based Assays

SANTA MONICA, Oct 22, 2010 - Sanguine BioSciences (www.sanguinebio.com) and SBH Sciences (www.sbhsciences.com) today announced that they will begin a collaboration on PBMC-based assays, in which Sanguine will support the ongoing development of SBH’s cell-based assay pipeline by supplying highly viable Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells and isolated subpopulations (e.g. CD4+ T cells, CD34+ Stem Cells, etc.).

Under the terms of the agreement, Sanguine will manufacture and supply SBH with PBMC, Mesenchymal Stem cells, Hematoprogenitor (CD34+) Stem cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, CD14+ Monocytes, CD19+ B cells, CD56+ NK cells, Basophils, Neutrophils, Eosinophils, and Dendritic Cells, for the development of the following assays: Endotoxin-stimulated human PBMC assay, Integrin and Endothelial cell adhesion assay,  T and B cell proliferation assay and Cytokine release assay.
