SBH Sciences provides ELISA Development Kit services for the R&D and IVD community. We have developed over 30 highly sensitive and accurate colorimetric sandwich ELISA Kits for the measurement of Cytokines and Biomarkers that have been distributed worldwide for R&D purposes, as well as, to clinical sites to assess PK/PD during clinical trials.

A sampling of the kits includes those for: cytokines (TNF-a, VEGF, IL-12 p70), Biomarkers/Cancer (Galectin-1, Galectin-3), and apoptosis markers (Bcl-2, Caspase-3).

We provide customized service that can meet your specific needs. Moreover, we can provide in-house optimization to examine the impact of various factors (serum/plasma/cell culture media) on your PK/PD study.

A comprehensive instruction manual for performing the assay will be provided which would include the protocol details, e.g. coating and wash solutions, blocking and secondary (conjugated) antibody etc. Alternatively, we can test your samples for you at our facility.

Our expertise in the production of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies (MAb) will enable us to produce your desired antigen and MAb and will significantly reduce the cost associated with the production/reagents. In addition, we will optimize the capture and detection antibodies to allow lower detection limits and higher precision and accuracy measurements.
